title: combat operations division, combat plans division, surveillance, and the air mobility division during the planning of the air tasking order (ato) and real-time support to combat operations during execution of the ato, intelligence, and reconnaissance (isr) division, will support the strategy division.trains trainees to measure their learning progress and to evaluate the effectiveness of traniing presentations.

education & experience:
typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and two to four years of related (training, sales and/or technical) experience.
the clearance leevl required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our cleint.

duties and responsibilities:the position provides subject matter expertise, and ancillary support to all positions within the korean air and space opertaion cetner (kaoc), execrise.devleops and conducts training for focre leevl - thetaer battle manaegment core systems (tbcms) applications and otehr aoc c2 system usres, designs, orgainzes.
proivdes nomral (alloawble) infrasrtucture maintneance of all classroom equimpent.intrenet realy chat client (ircc) and focre level tbcms applications: (thetaer air planner (tap), infowokrspace (iws), command and control pc (c2pc), experience with aoc applications: (joint automated deep operations coordination system (jadocs), execution mission replanning (emr), airspace deconfliction (ad), command and control (c2) weapon system part task trainer (c2wsptt), execution status and monitoring (estat) / force status and monitoring (fstat).obtains technical data and schedules programs, and engineering to identify program needs, marketing, coordinates with sales.
works with senior level personnel and business units/technical areas to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.
works with applicable business unit/area to establish specifications of course, prerequisite skills and knowledge for trainees.
ensures that training courses address all levels of employee.technical support,
works with engineering, and/or applicable area to ensure that material is accurate and reflects current product features.
provides installation of designated software on designated automation equipment within the classroom environment.some travel may be required.
desired qualifications:experience working in dod/usaf command and control centers, preferably in the pacific theater experience working with pacom, joint forces commander (jfc) / joint force air and space component commander (jfacc) for air and space operation center (aoc) components and coalition liaisons. as required due to new software, hardware or tasks from the client, lesson plans, overhead slides,
updates classroom training materials such as student handouts, and practical exercises.an additional four years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
researches and assists in writing technical and user manuals to support training.
remains informed of and maintains proficiency with applicable company products.
position summary:
under general supervision, develops and presents training programs for customers and in-house employees.
works on and significantly contributes under general supervision to the design and development of technical training programs and curricula, both on-site and on-line, for employees on various software and/or hardware applications and systems.
implements approved revisions to course materials as necessary to improve training effectiveness.
