shall have a minimum of 6 yrs exp. utilizes monitoring, performance analysis, and trace data and protocol activity, software and hardware equipment to troubleshoot and isolate problems, gauge network performance, network management.and architecture, provides skilled technical assistance (lan, wan, intranet, and internet) in network planning, engineering, security.null. coordinates with all responsible users and sites. former military candidates for this position had to have completed army mos of 98k - k2 or an air force mos of in2x1 / 2zy. advanced signals analysis with 3 yrs of signals analyst expeirence, air intermediate signals analysis and the 58 course, they shall have completed 60 course.conducts research and evaluation of products in support of network needs. monitors, sets standards and maintain a range of computer network components and systems, tunes.analyzes performance and tunes network monitoring systems to collect appropriate status. maintains current of technological developments and applications. software, monitors, and other network related problems, analyzes, troubleshoots and/or evaluates hardware.as a signals analyst or formely trained by the military. participates in providing network design solutions for existing organizational/client needs. perofrms genreal network administration tasks as required. some travel may be required.this document should not be construed in any way to represent a contract of employment.
