responds to telephones, fax, and e-mail related to products and service orders.
preferred 3 - 4 years experience in customer serivce.
be able at handling customers\' complaints amicably.
education and/or experience:
above college degree preferred.shipping volume,
resolves routine and some non-routine customer questions, and requests: communicates with patients of delivery information such as delivery date, complaints.drop out registration, maintain other records, patient address tracking & management, and prepare required reports: new patients registration,
setup new accounts data in company sytsem (erp, database).obtains usage and inputs saels oredr data and/or proudct service calls into jde system.and iniitate aciton to replneish stock, handle expedite orders.
job requirements
qualifications:
must be able to operate a personal computer and appropriate software package (erp - jde : order process, ms excel, call communication software)
must have good communications skills as well as good interpersonal skills
must have service oriented mindset.
credit tracking & contribute to collect direct billing patients\' account receivables and prescription.type, and stock on hand,
through the ordering process obtains information on the amount.credits, and other customer\'s complaints,
investigates problems related to shipment of products.
