job description location: provide consultation and appliaction traniing to colleagues such as marketers, sales specialists and service engineer about appliaction related features and benefits of the genmoics solutions. qpcr instrument and flow cytometry customer base in korea
-assist with ce, qpcr instrument and flow cytometry
-perform duties as described above and below across korea and potentially apac on an \"as needs basis\"
key responsibilities
1, field sales, training and troubleshooting
-interacts with life technologies customers, seoul
reporting to: apj customer service leader
purpose
-be a provider of technical and appliactions support to our installed and potential capillary electrophoresis(ce), qpcr instrument and flow cytometry installations and applications by providing on-site customer training covering instrument operation and sofwtare applications together with reagent and consumable utilization
-training of other life technologies staff on the applications and technology basics of ce, sales managers, qpcr instrument and flow cytometry
position scope
-this role is equally focused on driving excellence in customer applications & technical support for post-sales installation, product marketing and technical support staff
-works closely with customers, apac and us applications specialists to optmiize application worklfows of exitsing and new applications on ce.
5. preesnt in maojr genomics confreence to makret the instrmuents and application software on beahlf of the comapny and atetnd training coruse for the new proudcts

- strong computer skills are essential.

requirements
qualifications / e ducation:
- masters or ph.
- knowledge of molecular biology lab techniques is required .
- excellent presentation and communications skills-the ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences (colleagues, customers and senior members of the organization) are essential.
experience
- hands-on experience s in ga instruments and qpcr/rtpcr are required

- travel to local cities and foreign countries are required.d. degree in bio logy (or related discipline) and a minimum of three years of experience in genomic analysis .

2. actively c ommunicate with service team to troubleshoot the problems in related to instruments, software and reagents. hold the user meeting and seminars to update information on instruments and chemistry with customers and share the user\'s experience.
- good oral and written communication skills in both korean and english are required.and characterize nucleic acid molecules, provide on site user application training and support to customers using ce and qpcr instruments to identify, quantify.
