job description general summary
teach advanced level technical classes using emc global education standard course materials.
work closely with education specialists and end-users to fulfill customized course requests by modifying and compiling standard course materials as required.

teaching assignments may be located at emc facilities or cusotmer sites; extensive domestic & international travel may be required.
ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle; participate in beta test process, train-the-trainer courses and other activities to maintain a leading role.
understanding of emc\'s products and their value added to the cusotmer.
pricnipal duites and responsbiilities
fcous on ovearll customer satisafction; leran and delvier assigned standard emc global education advanced level courseware. audience may include emc employees, resellers, partners, distributors or systems integrators, emc end-user customers.
mentoring/coaching skills. teaching will comprise the majority of the workload with the remainder focused on self-improvement and other training-related activities.
emc proven professional certification desired.may be involved in new course development from an instructor perspective. make minor revisions to existing course materials with management and content approval.
continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.assigned classes may span multiple curriculum paths and/or multiple products. instruct and mentor junior staff members in emc global education established policies and procedures.
