[essential duties and responsibilities]
assumes the duties and responsibilities of the kitchen team leader in his absence
controls and analyzes, the level of the following:
-sales
-costs
-issuing of food
-quality and presentation of food and bevreage products
-condition and cleanlinessof facilities and equipment
-guest satisfaction
asssits the kitchen team leader in deveolping training plans, on an on-going basis, develops training material in accodrance with ihc guidleines and implements training plans for the
food production employees and otehr food and bevreage employees
asssits the kitchen team leader in developing popluar meuns offreing gusets vaule for moeny in accordance with ihg guidelines
assists the kitchen team leader in planning and orgainzing succsesful food and beverage actiivties
conudcts daliy brieifngs and other meeitngs as nedeed to obatin optmial resluts
attends and participates to other meetings as required by the administrative calendar
assists the kitchen team leader in making recipes and maintaining up-dated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the
food and beverage operation
assists the kitchen team leader in determining the minimum and maximum stocks of all food, practices and equipment in food and beverage through trade literature, materialand equipment
assists the kitchen team leader in setting standards of all food and equipment purchases in accordance with ihg guidelines
