job description and qualifications [principal accountabilities]
- provide support for developing and driving productivity improvement projects.
reliability and product supply,
- provide process-related support for plant operations, troubleshooting, efficiency, process safety.
- formal training and experience with six sigma processes and continuous improvement tools a plus.devleop and design improved operating and control strategies to achieve productivity targets,
- identify.
- provide process-engineering consultation to the site\'s prodcution organization, to help reslove process
bottlenecks and resolve long-stadning prolbems.
- develop and maitnain prodcutive worikng relatinoships with all key operations persnonel (production
engineers, supervisors, technical and maintenance, superintendents) and support/facilitate
implementation of asset management projects within those areas.
- provide plant support for hazard review and management of change activities.
- network with resources within and outside of electronic materials to enlist best practice solutions, best fit
technology or explore/evaluate alternative methods to improve productivity.computer and interpersonal skills combined with good communications
skills (written and verbal) in english a must,

- minimum of 3+ years in production/process engineering (operating support to the electronics market
and related activities a plus)
- bs in chemical engineering preferred (higher level degree a plus)
- good leadership, organizational.
