csc a globally, to provide support to the wff contract at our site at camp casey, is seeking a techincal tranier professional, independent company, (training and development specialist ii).and/or applicable area to ensure that material is accurate and reflects current product features, reviews with senior level trainers and/or engineering, technical support.the successful applicant assists client to determine training objectives attainable through the use of simulations and translates identified goals into scenarios using military artistic experience and knowledge.
gathers and summarizes course evaluations to provide data for review by senior level trainers to determine the effectiveness of training.must be a u.computer science, engineering or related field preferred
two or more years of technical training experience
experience working with company software, principles and procedures for both on-site and on-line presentations

duirng prepaartory evnets (train ups) the technical trainer senior professional persnonel dierct military unit leaedrs and unit airrcews and/or gruond crwes throughout the entire event to include detailed scheduling and sequencing, presentation of orientation and safety/security briefings, conduct of the exercise and conduct the after action review. this specific component determines success for the end user through professional communication with unit leadership.
technical trainer senior professionals are responsible for their own work and are expected to achieve outstanding results with only minimal supervision. for the company's applications and systems which may include lectures and/or hands-on sessions, both on-site and on-line,

technical trainer professionals support all phases of soldier training including:
· planning, modification and testing
· perform execution and commander role player functions
· conduct and guide commanders and leaders through after actions reviews
regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, both independently and with military unit
leaders and representatives
· conduct briefings
· perform scenario development, and preparation, coordination, and standards, techniques.although not assigned as a supervisor or manager, the technical trainer senior professional supervises the staff's rehearsals for specific assigned training events to ensure quality presentation during the training event. technical trainer professional - camp casey. the technical trainer professional coordinates for the multiple simulators and support personnel required to effectively execute the training scenario, once the training product is determined.it is not intended to be an exhaustive list or to limit the supervisor's ability to modify work assignments as appropriate, within multiple training domains and/or work site locations.korea

technical trainer professional - close combat tactical trainer (cctt) - for the warfighter focus (wff) contract at camp casey, korea
this position is contingent upon approval of funding. captures and develops an after action review (aar) product using audio, during and after the event, visual, and graphic media which is provided to the customer.these professionals work in pairs with the customer group to orchestrate the entire training evolution from the time the customers enter the facility until training is completed to the satisfaction of the unit commanders and leaders, in a typical training setting.
assists in writing training material from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation to support training.
2 plus (2 ) years with related bachelors degree.
