education & experience:
typically requires a bachelors degree or equivalent and zero to two years of relevant experience are required. ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. this experience shall include end-to-end testing/troubleshooting and maintenance support of the an/gsc-52 earth terminal.devises solutions to basic operational problems within the capacity and operational limitations of installed equipment. troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, shall have min 4 yrs exp as a maintenance specialist to include analyzing, test and installation of complex communciation collection processing sysetms and equipment.analyzing, and other netowrk related problems, participates in the monitoring, software, troubleshooting and/or evaluating hardware.and efficient network operations, secure, tunes, montiors, reliable, and supports basic existing network infrastructure and ensures stable.follows technical standards set by senior level engineers.performance analysis, and trace data and protocol activity, gauge network performance, utilizes monitoring, software and hardware equipment to troubleshoot and isolate problems, network manaegment.assembles and updates documentation in the form of problem and change management tickets. maintains current of technological developments and applications. tunes, sets standards and maintain a range of computer network compnoents and sysetms, monitors.
