role summary/purpose the commercial leadership program (clp) is a two-year leadership training program designed to accelerate the development of entry-level talent and build leaders capable of commercial careers at ge. terms & conditions, negotiation skills, foundations of leadership and lean six sigma, marketing essentials,
- coursework includes sales fundamentals, spirit & letter, analysis and pricing, power plant fundamentals, evaluation, finance essentials.power systems, systems or industrial engineering
- available to begin employment in as early as september 2011, electrical, preferably in mechanical,
qualifications/requirements - bachelors or masters degree candidate in an engineering discipline and some working experience.strong organizational skills.
- excellent academic record - minimum overall gpa 3.0 or higher
- ability to work in teams effectively. strong oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.ny, as the program has a steep learning curve
