job function we are seeking researchers with industrial experience to join a team initiating new area of mobile services and applications by developing core technologies in multimedia and machine learning. the selected candidate will work on
computer viison, and other innovative applications and services related to imgae and video technologies, augmented reality, character recogintion, natural scene analysis.d. in electrical engineering, or comupter science, comupter engineering. korea r&d center was established early last year, and it is now one of the fastest growing among the 9 worldwide qualcomms corporate r&d division locations. opengl es

- scene text detection and recognition
- local feature extraction and matching (sift, surf.)
- 3d reconstruction
- optimization methods in vision and learning
- multi-core/gpu programming for vision and learning
