job function qcts asics provide integrated solutions for mobile phone products worldwide. this includes assisting oems with designs, debugging, providing training, assistance in optimizing and integrating software. android framework expeirence/knowledge is plus,
- windows phone.training, and interfacing closely with internal developers are some of the key activities in this position, integration, assisting customers with software design, development, system debugging, handling cusotmer q&a.
- strong korean/english communication skills - able to understand and explain highly technical information in a clear and concise manner
additional skills include:
- prior experience with portable hand-held devices and technical supoprt for customers desirable.
responsibilities
education requirements bs in ee / cs reqiured
ms in ee/cs preferred.
this position is responsible for supporting a customer to develop a handset with qcts chipsets. test-mobiles test equipment such as oscilloscope/logic analyzers,
- familiarity with arm architecture, emulators/jtag-debuggers, arm assembly, test-mobiles & logigng tolos an advatnage.it expsoes the canddiate to the key plaeyrs in the wirleess indsutry worlwdide.
smoe trvael for on-site customer support may be required
sklils/experience - strong software debugging skills on embedded real time operating systems
- strong c development and debugging skills required
- knowledge of embedded os architecture, and operation required
- experience in display driver driver (lcd interface, tv out, hdmi and etc)
- experience in display application including image processing with hw acceleration is plus, drivers.customer engineering supports customers with all aspects of embedded software and systems development.
- experience in direct customer support for lcd bring up and display update experience is plus.and must be a self-starter,
the candidate is expected to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation, the ability to learn quickly.this candidate will be responsible for working closely with display development team and korean customers to debug display issues and to find solutions on customer targets.
