the brs geo lead will be an important divisional sales leadership role tasked with growing the revenue of four major emc product lines: looks for every opportunity to develop new customers and new routes to market inside and outside the emc install base.is able to quickly respond to customer requirements in presales and post saels environments.data domain and disk libraries, networker, avamar.
principal duties and responsibilities
l leading brs saels cycles with the abiilty to inspect and add value to all deals and business plans.
l lead operational management of the business in areas like management, forecasting and business analysis. provides ongoing coaching and guidance not only for brs staff but also ‘core emc’ staff on how to develop new brs revenue. ovelray sales specialists, system engineers and implementation specialists to create a coordinated team, must be able to coach and mentor acquisition sales.
l builds and executes on an effective plan to grow brs revneues in the geography. parnters with emc sales leaders to ensure optmium win rate and profitbaility. the role reqiures the ability to grow revenues thruogh dierct sales, techincal overlay actiivties as well as thruogh channel partners.
