education & experience:
typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (telecommunication analysis) experience. performance analysis, software and hardware equipment to trouble shoot and isolate problems, and trace data and protocol activity, utilizes monitoring, network management, gauge network performance.assists in internal training programs. plans and leads computer network initiatives.
