job function we are seeking researchers with industrial experience to join a team initiating new area of mobile services and applications by developing core technologies in multimedia and machine learning. korea r&d center was established early last year, and it is now one of the fastest growing among the 9 worldwide qualcomms corporate r&d division locations. or computer science, computer engineering, d. in electrical engineering.audio signal processing, and other innovative applications related to sound and audio technologies,
the selected candidates will work on environmental sound recognition, target sound detection.
skills/experience basic technical requirements are:
- knoweldge in digital signal processing theroies and algoirthms
- knoweldge in patetrn classiifcation theroies and algoirthms
- knowledge in machine learning theories and algorithms
- strong programming skills to implement and verify algorithms
specific knowledge and experience in the following areas is a plus:
- speech recognition
- speaker identification and verification
- audio fingerprinting and music search
- audio signal processing
- music analysis and classification
- algorithm optimization
- mobile application development
- service system development with client and server
