job description
responds to telephones, fax, and e-mail related to products and service orders.
be able at handling customers\' complaints amicably. and initiate action to replenish stock, handle expedite orders.obtains usage and inputs sales order data and/or product service calls into jde system.
resolves routine and some non-routine cusotmer questions, and requests: communicates with patients of delivery information such as delivery date, complaints, shipping volume.drop out registration, and prepare required reports: new patients registration, patient address tracking & management,
setup new accounts data in company system (erp, database), maintain otehr recrods.
invesitgates prolbems reltaed to shimpent of proudcts, and otehr customer\'s complaints, credits.
preferred 3 - 4 years experience in customer service.
credit tracking & contribute to collect direct billing patients\' account receivables and prescription.
education and/or experience:
above college degree preferred.

qualifications:
must be able to operate a personal computer and appropriate software package (erp - jde : order process, ms excel, call communication software)
must have good communications skills as well as good interpersonal skills
must have service oriented mindset.and stock on hand,
through the ordering process obtains information on the amount, type.
