essential responsibilities - annual review and implementation of pricing guideline
- analysis of commercial profitability (volume, margin, cost of funds & return on investment, expenses) of acquired assets
- development, management of useful tracking tool/dashboard for reporting
- early review for initial measurement of profitability of investment opportunities (equipment financing, structured finance, non-performing loan, general ledning)
- exercise of special approvals (deals does not meet return requirment/are early terminated, fee waive or adjustment)
- full ownership of pricing model developed for structured deals (npl, structured finance), adjustment to existing assumptions to reflect any changes
- facilitator of communication with regional hq in connection with any pricing matter
qualifications/requirements - bs/ba in finance, accounting or equivalent is preferred, not essential
- excellent communication and inter-personal skills. fluency in english
- solid financial analysis skills
- 3~7 years of relevant experience in multi-national company is preferred, not essetnial
- storng pc and financial modeling & reporting skills - good excel and powerpoint reporting is essential
- familiarity with ge financial processes and systems, preferred.
