basic qualifciations:
-5 years of experience with us army huamn resoruces in the last 10 years
-experience with senior-level military and civilian staff interactions
-knoweldge of microsoft office
-ability to obtain a security clearance
-aa of as dergee

-knowledge of fedreal human resources polciies and regultaions
-posssesion of excellent oral and written communication skills
