role summary/purpose ·work as a key member of the region team in support of achieving the region\'s orders, sales, and margin targets for the motors segment. technical (or equivalent) degree from a 4-year educational institution

-engineering.provide input to motors application engineers in the review of customer specifications and the provision of technical input to the bid.engineering or otr, documentation & storage requierments
qualifications/requirements -2+ yrs of experience in ge energy sales,
·support deal negotiations when called upon
·enforce order-booking requirements and drive an improved otr turnover process to ensure proper control of contract flow-down requirements and compilance to quailty procdeures, commrecial opertaions.
essnetial responsbiilities ·develop deal strtaegy with head quatrers and reigon sales team
·prepare and present deals for approval by region and head quarters (r process & policy 5.0), recommend alternative language and obtain deviation approval as required
·generate total commercial proposal - proposals to include commercial, review terms & conditions identify deviations, financial and approved terms & conditions, technical.
·continuously identify and refine the proposal processes across the motor / core business, with special emphasis on lean opportunities for improvement and waste reduction.
·ensure process consistency across the motor / core portfolio with special emphasis on adherence to policy 5.0, requirements and guidelines.to generate project proposal development from multiple oems in different regions bidding to the same end user or ec, with motors p&l engineering,
·coordinate.
