csc seeks an information assurance technician to work at yongsan army garrison.relocation allowance to korea is not available.
provides recommendations of product for upgrades, patches and other general security measures in order to better secure systems for various clients.candidate must possess a department of defense (dod) secret clearance. and maintains complex security systems according to industry best practices to safeguard internal information systems and databases, evaluates,
monitors.the candidate must have security certification.
prepares training materials for computer security education and awareness programs and trains end users on same.designs and recommends security policies and procedures.

conducts investigations of security violations and breaches and recommends solutions; prepares reports on intrusions as necessary and provides analysis summary to management.
provides technical consultation on tasks; provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
assesses assigned system to determine system security status and ensures adherence to security policy, procedures and standards. software, management information systems, and hardware
experience working with operating systems
experience working with computer programming
experience working with computer desktop packages such as microsoft word, management information systems, or data security experience
experience working with information and network security practices,
basic qualifications
bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
bachelor?s degree in computer science, or related field preferred
cissp certification preferred
four or more years of experience in computer science, excel, etc.
reviews more complex company firewalls logs across the organization.
