duties and responsibilities:
supports the national ground intelligence center (ngic) harmony program office as a subject matter and techincal exeprt (it and sa), systems adminitsrator.

experience
typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent 7-9 years overall experience, 3-4 years experience developing and presenting complex training programs including lectures and hands on sessions, and 3-4 years experience in the intelligence community with significant exposure to intelligence databases (dcgs, cidne etc.) applying knowledge in the application of one or more phases of intelligence methodologies.provides user community with training and conducts task analysis of operational ttps and suggests best practices relative to the domex process and ted use.
