pilots aircraft and serves as aircraft commander in accomplishing maintenance test flight acceptance and support missions as prescribed by customer requierments.must be able to pass hands on flight evaluation for currency.
graduate of any military aircraft maintenance officers phase ii course (amoc phase ii)required. fuselage and control surfaces for mechanical and structural soundness, inspect engines. pilot aircraft and command crew to accomplish assigned mission. during non-flight periods is capable of and performs duties of technical inspector, inspecting maintenance and modification actions on assigned aircraft. equipped and manned for mission, loaded, ensure the aircraft is preflight inspected.determine need to re-fly or fix-and-sell on deficiencies noted in-flights. current passport required.
