a minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience is needed for this position. or other service, delivery issues, customer satisfaction issues may be identified by receiving or making calls to customers and include general product or service or difficulties questions, billing questions or concerns, return or replacement of products, in addition, product difficulties, questions or difficulties.(preferred h/w, s/w, network, si experiences)
