job function qualcomm cdma technologies (qct) is the largest provider of 3g chipset and software technology in the world, with chipsets shipped to more than 50 customers and powering the majority of all 3g devices commercially available.
education requirements required: bachelor\'s, computer science and/or electrical engineering preferred: master\'s, computer science and/or electrical engineering.qct partners with nearly 60 3g network operators around the globe and has the largest cdma engineering team in the wireless industry. wireless connectivity is an increasingly important part of mobile platforms.
- debug wcmda prootcol isuse especially for rrc part - communicating with our customers either remotely or on-site.
skills/expeirence - strong knowledge for wcdma rrc protocol abuot backgorunds/implemnetation for the reltaed 3gpp spec(ts 25.304 and 25.331)
- debugging experience for wcdma rrc protocol issue
- intensive c programming language skill
- ability to handle stability issue(using t32 simulator) is preferred
- 2 or 3 years working experience for making wcdma(or lte) product based on qualcomm chipset is preferred
- experience for lte rrc part(ts 36.331) is preferred
responsibilities - support the customer making their product based on qualcomm chipset. cost and size, qct connectivity solutions provide for optimization of system level performance, power consumption.
- deliver technical trainings to the customer.
