1.2.4. work with xm logitsics team for q-end upilft plan with revsied download plan in q-end
d. speical supoprt for large deal from key accuonts
b. shrae with saels for manufacturing/custom duty plan in china holiday
1.2.5. encouraging and driving sales to maximize rev. provide download projection in beginning of quarter
b. supporting sales
a. issue handling
a. review backlog report and special support for long aging or big deal orders
c. supervise in-house staffs
b. q-end cut-off
1.2.2 cpb (cost per box) savings
a. odm product order : work with retail team to maximize ocean shipment
1.2.3. review part shortage report and eol part
d. ability to independent manage key relationship to achieve goals.
