job function to recruit a entry/experienced recruiter. the successful candidate is a highly energetic recruiting professional with \'hands on\' staffing/sourcing expeirence.and other groups as necessary, negotiating offers by partnering with hiirng manager, senior management.internship programs,
- campus recruiting, referral programs, and other online/social networking markteing programs.
. storng communication skills in english both verbal and written.
. expeirence with profiling qualified canddiates who are passive in their job search, and then implementing a strategy for locating them and providing solicitation of interest.
- high comfort level with cold calling qualified candidates and organizations.
- seek out candidates thru aggressive and consistent research and solicitations to relevant individuals and organizations.
responsibilities . 5 years recruiting expeirence including direct hire/staffing.
skills/experience - implementing staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool; ensuring hiirng manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
- managing candidate process and acting as a candidate advocate. with the ability and motivation to analyze existing practices for areas of improvement,
. think creatively.
. must be flexible and able to work as part of a remote team. hires and post-hire summraies for hiring mangaers
- strong experience is fililng techincal, intrenet, telecommnuications experience is a plus, saels and marketing, and otehrs
- imprvoing the cusotmer experience with custmoers brodaly defnied as candidates, hiring managers
- continually following-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates needs are met
- compiling and updating reports for job openings, new hires, university relations,
- sourcing candidates through networking, other corp roles in a us mnc environment.
. prior experience with a staffing agency or executive search firm.
this is an individual contributor role.
. prefer experience with a multinational company and with recruiting high-level technical personnel.
recruiting must be your passion.other generalist hr experience is a plus.offer letter generation and offer acceptance and/or declines, managing offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, evaluating skills level.
education requirements preferred: bachelor\'s. must have min.
. must be able to comfortably interface with all levels of management, both within qualcomm as well as within the industry.in this role, including sourcing, selection, on-boarding, and reporting activities, interviewing, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of experienced hire recruiting.and enhance with creative sourcing methods (direct sourcing, database search, referrals, social networking, cold-calling, industry networks etc)
- developing relationships with industry leaders thru networking and messaging,
- analyzing present recruitment strategies.
