delivery of forecasted budget.focused on achieving saels targets,
an extremely results oriented individual, activity reports and account plans, and capable of delivering accurate forecasts.
experienced in working with multinational and matrix organizations
tertiary qualified in business, marketing or a related discipline (preferable not essential)
results and goal oriented
fluent english and familiarity with western business methods, with a glboal perspective

qualificationsrequired
(experience, skills, academic):
the successful candidate will be:
an outgoing and tenacious executive with a solid sales/business development background and proven track record in managing and negotiating large/complex/multi-countries service based agreements.talent management and compliance regulations;
understanding of sap's hcm solution is advantageous, including hr systems, payroll processes,
understanding in technology based business process outsourcing solutions and human resources management.the successful applicant will be able to work from home.
