role summary/purpose responsible managing the government relations program for all ge business in korea, to drive a proactive agenda.
minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience. influencing and interpersonal skills to command respect at all levels, )external networking.build and maintain a network of influential contacts at different levels in govenrment departments relevant to ge grwoth in the geographic area.
providing regular advocacy reports and report outs to the vp of government relations
to support in-country go-to-market plans with country management (marketing, hr, legal, finance & key account leaders).they will provide regular communications to the busniess, participate in trade associations and build relationships with elected officials.relevant experience would include experience in a similar role with a global corporation, comparable experience with an international law or consultancy firm, and/or direct experience in government. with proven commercial acumen.
