owns the bid and proposal work process: ensures that the commercial organizations are provided with estimates and technical documentation at the appropriate level of detail to support their commercial objectives.
conducts and documents estimate risk analyses.work directly with suppliers and partners in discussions regarding scope and cost issues, also during the development period., project engr.leads the matrix members effectively by communicating to them and keeping them focsued on the corerct prioirties to inusre the best apci proposal is preapred. and bid prepaartion, ) for all effrots invovling project development, cost estiamting.etc, prodcution and delviery.
cooridnates betewen the saels area and the supproting central engineering (process engr.pricing input,
