role summary/purpose provide technical architecture leadership in the business analysis, design, development, and deployment

. 5~10 yeras of experience in strategic planning.
. monitor progress to ensure program objectives are delivered on time and within budget and that business results are realized.design and implement production monitoring and support infrastructure for new and existing systems,
. define.support & guide programmers for a locally developed system using oracle/sql database and vb programming technology to automate various manual driven processes in back-end functions
qualifications/requirements bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering or reltaed discipline with an it focus is preferred.
. responsible for creating and obtaining approval for annual budget to maintain and upgarde the appliaction.
. at lesat 3 years of experience in proejct manaegment of appliaction development proejcts at or related to a finnace company.collaobrate with asia appliaction mangaer and business coordinators of each function in the company and manage third party vendors to enhance major systems to meet business needs

. ability to manage application developers

. experience working with and leading outsourced vendors
. prefers to have experience of program language or db (java, vb, ms sql, oracle)
desired characteristics.and speaking, write, fluent english and korean read.regression test and uat, design and deliver full and effective lifecycle testing of applications including system test, integration test.business intelligence and customer relationship management and packaged business applications,
. experience with technologies such as enterprise application integration, web technologies, document management.
. implement and execute controls to ensure all solutions to meet appropriate risk, security and compliance requirements and escalate unresolved issues via the governance structure.
. understanding of commercial finance business processes, especially on leasing and loan processes.
