essential responsibilities ? underwrite deals:
qualifications/requirements ? university graduate
? proficient in communicating and preparing credit write-up and reports in english
? knowledge in korean leasing business and practices
? mba, finance degree or law degree is a plus.compliance, risk manager, operations, tax, legal, cro and management, collection, pricing/finance, asset management,
? maintain effective communication with sales.
? prepare risks and portfolio analysis reports.
? risk or underwriting experience in other asian countries.
? conduct customer visits and interviews.access or other database systems and visual basic optional but desired
? good judgment, as well as effective communication sklils
? detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
? ability to work independently and under pressure and deadlines, problem solving and decision-making skills
? good command of english - spoken and written
? storng interpresonal relaitons,
deisred charactreistics ? storng analtyical skills and team plyaer
? ms ofifce (execl, poewr point, word) is a must.perform transaction analysis, financial evaluation, deal structuring, prepare credit write up
? structure transaction and facilitate approval process until final credit decision obtained from the ultimate approval authority, risks & mitigants analysis.
? work with operations team to manage and organize credit filing for audit purpose.
? consult with local legal, tax and compliance officers and auditor to ensure transactions are done and documented in compliance with local laws and regulations, finance.
? coordinate with gam manager to ensure prudent underwriting based on collateral values.
? ~3 years credit underwriting experience for commercial transactions preferred
? previous experience in multinational bank, leasing companies or audit firms.
? previous ge capital experience.
? experience in risk and underwriting for commercial transactions, especially small to medium businesses.
