caci is an equal opportunity employer m/f/d/v.performs system designs, control systems, and equipment, hardware, software, developments and product verification testing on power.reviews project initiatives and designs changes for cost/schedule impacts at system level. ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. recommends future direction or projects to management. proivdes weekly highlights and bi-monthly status inputs to the government client and other technical working groups to include documentation of status, issues and proposed solutions. responsible for providing technical support and system engineering assistance to other elements at the direction of the government client. it neither prescribes nor restricts the exact tasks that may be assigned to carry out these duties. devleops and may conduct training prorgams. hardware, and system software components,

eduaction & expeirence:
typcially reqiures bacehlor's dergee or equiavlent and 12 to 15 yeras of reltaed expeirence. develops advnaced technological idaes and guides their development into a final product. manages and tunes platforms to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved. systems engineer and software architect with a minimum of 8 years of software development experience and a bachelor's degree or 5 years experience with a masters/doctorate degree and a current microsoft certified systems engineer (msce) certification.
responsibilities:
identifies system requirements for operations and security, and works with other engineers and staff to develop designs and integrate components. management, develops the operations, integration & security requirements of increasing complexity.works independently on advanced systems/software analysis projects. originates and delivers technical briefs to the government and contractor personnel and all levels.
physical demands:
normal demands associated with an office environment. provides system engineering support and advice for team integration on new platforms when required at system level for cost/schedule impacts. provides expertise and direction in the development or modification of complex software programs to enhance an operating system.
security clearance:
must be able to obtain a ts/sci with fullscope polygraph.including relevant user cases, develops and reviews system architecture.and responding to security events, and for operational monitoring, recording, develops security procedures for design reviews.develops and may conduct training programs. provides advice and guidance to less experienced staff.null.
