primary routine duties involve providing day-to-day tech support to electronic specialty material process plants in two major technical disciplines - siemens pcs7 control system and instrumentation, installing, and maintaining controls systems.emphasis placed on safety, and aptitude toward challenging work, team work.
this position is also responsible for helping to implement critical safety circuit (css) revalidation work, emoc and spare parts strategy in the plant.preferably 3+ years in process controls/instrumentation and/or process engineering.a strong background in control and instrumentation, controllers and logic configuration is a desired, transmitters, including valves.travel within the region is routine and occasionally to other international destinations.plant shutdown circuit revalidation and legacy control system upgrade, this person is also responsible for the plant support of the process automation system (pas) with respect to some siemens pcs7 programming skills, preventive maintenance.
