job function the staffing coordinator is a highly efficient team member providing a full range of recruitment support to the apac and korea staffing team. is highly preferred. a. /b.s. or above. the role requires effective coordination between hiring managers, recruitment team and the candidate. this include coordinating with senior level executives in regoinal and us headquarter staff.
must have hands-on experience in recruiting/hr functions in multinational firms.systems, the coordinator is required to proactively anticipate and troubleshoot procseses, vendors and other issues as those occurs.recruitment agency and related supplier contracts
point of conatct for mysource and related hr systems
korea foucs ;
supports recruiters and hiring managers to schedule intevriew arranegments including short listing candidate cvs against job descriptions, employment contracts and related new hire documents; partners with recruiters,
responsibilities apac / regional focus:
prepares quarterly hr data; develop charts and pivot tables; run basic data analysis
maintains recruitment marketing giveaways; track and order supplies
point of contact for contnigent workofrce on-boadring; wokrs with regional temas to trian and maitnain processes
conudcts interview arrangements (with a focus on crsos-reigon interviews)
maintains team meeting agenda; f2f; quarterly/annual team objectives
maintains vendor, insurance, hr generalists and related functional teams
supports recruitment team to attends job fairs and events for college recruitment; responsible for on-boarding of interns
prepares job descriptions for postings on mysource and external job boards
education requirements b, updating vacancy and applicant status, producing interview schedules
provide interview status updates and progress reports
coordinates all new hire related documents including payroll.visio, powerpoint, willing to work with internal and external contacts;
fluent in both english and korean is a basic requirement to succeed in this role;
master skill of office software such as excel,
skills/experience able to manage multi-tasks and maintain high quality deliverables;
detail oriented;
a people person, outlook.
the staffing coordinator is required to work independently to own and drive the recruitment process with recruiters.
