<b>experience & skills</b>
-more than 3 yr experience or skill in managing ds8k storage
-more than 3 yr open server management skills
-customer communication capability
-in depth knowledge and experiences about ds8k internal configuration, and installation (more than 3 years)
above required experience years are allowed to be overlapped, and total 7 more years of experiences are required.
